Antonio Zachery, seasoned in the multifamily housing industry with more than 15 years’ experience, is responsible for Capital Square Living’s maintenance division. He has a passion for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and operations are instilled. Developing relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing capital projects and renovations, and creating and implementing maintenance policies and procedures are a few of the vital qualities Antonio is bringing to CS Living.

Antonio has worked with several nationally known Property Management companies where we won several awards through his tenure. Antonio has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Beginning his career as a groundskeeper and working on-site has allowed him to hone his technical skills and gain valuable insight into property maintenance. Through these skills, knowledge, and ability to relate to the service team members he has cultivated an atmosphere of learning and fun.
