Operations Manager

Christopher Ray is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations for Capital Square Living’s portfolio of properties. He facilitates property transitions by working with the internal corporate team, on-site property staff and external management companies and also focuses on streamlining operational efficiency. Chris’s property management career started with Drucker and Falk, where he received a holistic exposure to the industry through several different roles, honing his expertise in the multifamily space with a focus on ensuring profitability, raising occupancy rates and developing strong resident relationships.

A graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor of Arts, Christopher continuously strives to provide outstanding work and unsurpassed service that, together, provide exceptional support for Capital Square Living’s team members and the communities CSL manages.
