Courtney Kreicar

Vice President of Operations

Courtney Kreicar has extensive experience with stabilized assets, new development and rehabs, and build-to-rent properties under third-party management. Her knowledge of local markets, in addition to her ability to achieve operational excellence amongst her teams, have established her as a known expert within the multifamily community. Courtney most recently served as the Senior Regional Property Manager for the mid-Atlantic team at Greystar, and she currently serves as a committee chair on the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) Advisory Board (2022-present). 

Courtney graduated with honors from Radford University with a dual degree in Secondary Education and English. As a Williamsburg native and strong enthusiast for education, Courtney has cultivated long-lasting relationships that have helped to foster profitability, teamwork and effective communication between team members, clients, developers, vendors and other industry leaders. When she begins a new working relationship with someone, she immediately makes three promises: that she will always communicate with honesty and transparency in real time, that she will never come to you with a problem without a solution, and that she will always retain a proactive – rather than reactive – mindset. By following these simple promises, trust begins to form, and when there is trust, Courtney knows, anything is possible.
